- Lead the Facility Services team personnel-wise, professionally, and organizationally and promote individual development.
- Plan the technical maintenance of administrative locations including on-call duty and be responsible for the mail service.
- Be responsible for budget planning as well as contract management and provide professional support during tenders.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement smaller technical building projects (heating, ventilation, sanitation).
- Proactively drive the digitalization of the area.
