For our Residential Offer Plus, at our Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with intellectual, physical and psychological impairments in the complex life design of the residential and leisure area
- Guiding or accompanying clients in daily personal care
- Supporting the implementation of educational processes
- Performing daily household tasks such as cooking, room design and cleaning
- Cooperating with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
- Administrative and organisational tasks
Profile
- Career changers with completed basic training (EFZ)
- Experience working with people with impairments is an advantage
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)
