Facility Services Manager (a)

Your tasks:
- Implement the strategy and objectives of ISS
- Compliance and monitoring of standards and guidelines defined by clients
- Lead and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients
- Responsible for the management and supervision of staff (scheduling, hour allocation, recruitment, annual reviews, etc.)
- Ensure operational and financial management (updating reports, budget control and management, etc.) of the services delivered on the client's site
- Responsible for administration, compliance with KPIs, SLAs, work procedures and processes, and if necessary, their creation
- Propose, develop, and implement improvements
- Primary contact for clients
- Participate in and monitor project control
- Coordinate subcontractors
Your profile:
- Graduated from a higher education in management, building technology, or hospitality
- Benefiting from 8 to 10 years of experience in Facility Management (ideally) or in the service sector with similar responsibilities
- Proven professional and managerial skills
- Very good knowledge in managing soft services (cleaning, concierge, reception...) and/or hard services (building technology HVAC/CVCSE, electricity...)
- Innate communication skills, excellent speaker
- Comfortable with numbers, financial management associated with good analytical skills
- Planning and organizational skills necessary for the simultaneous management of multiple projects
- Strong team spirit
- Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English (min. C1) and/or German (min. B2)
- Proficient in common IT tools and comfortable with digital tools in general
- Solution-oriented
- Charismatic personality with a strong customer orientation
