- Performing all nursing services for our - Completed diploma as a certified nursing specialist clients
HF/FH
- Conducting needs assessments and - InterRAI HC course or willingness to reassessments with InterRAI HC as well as to complete the creation of individual care plans - Flexibility and willingness for assignments with - Taking over daily responsibility and variable working hours and locations organization of daily planning - Active collaboration with external specialists and offices
- Strong communication skills as well as an appreciative and goal-oriented working style
- Good IT skills and a valid category B driving license
