• Responsibility for financial management in the real estate sector and major construction projects – including cash flow planning, inflation monitoring, and reserve management
• Ensuring correct cost and performance control as well as processing invoices in SAP and reconciling with the project management system
• Coordination and preparation of annual, financial, and investment planning for the real estate sector
• Preparation of forecasts, business cases, and meaningful monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the department management
• Participation in the optimisation of financial processes, ensuring compliance with invoicing process requirements, and promoting efficient information exchange with all project participants

• Advanced commercial education (HF/FH) or qualification as a certified construction technician with business management training
• Several years of professional experience in financial management of major construction projects, departmental controlling, or a comparable role
• Solid knowledge of SAP; experience with Messerli construction accounting is an advantage
• Good knowledge of construction management and ideally public procurement; further training in project management is a plus
• Team-oriented, structured, and analytical personality with an independent and solution-focused working style
