For our Basic/Plus Residential Offer at our Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for as of April 1 and October 1, 2026, or by arrangement for a personality for our
Tasks
- Accompanying, caring for, and supporting clients with intellectual, physical, and psychological impairments in the complex life design of the residential and leisure area
- Guiding or accompanying clients in daily personal care
- Key worker duties
- Implementing and applying the agogic framework concept
- Assisting with daily household tasks such as cooking, room design, and cleaning
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialist agencies
- Administrative and organizational tasks
Profile
- Assurance of a study place from summer 2026 at a recognized educational institution
- High personal responsibility regarding studies, time management, and appointment organization
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)
