Your tasks:
- Caring for entrusted residents with partly noticeable dementia, considering a person-centered approach
- Organizing and coordinating collaboration with family doctors and external service providers
- Daily responsibility for the department
- Accompanying dying residents and their relatives
- Assessing care needs according to company guidelines as well as proper documentation and communication
- Performing logistical and administrative tasks
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing professionals
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ
- Experience in geriatric long-term care (additional training in Kinaesthetics, Validation, basal stimulation is an advantage)
- Experience with easyDok and RAI is an advantage
- Good oral and written German skills
- You face challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Flexible, empathetic, and motivated personality
- Precise, independent, and organized way of working
- High affinity for handling modern media and tools
