About the job
In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and living space at
various locations for adults
with cognitive or multiple disabilities.
For the Kreuzstrasse location, where people with different
disabilities live, we are looking for a
Residential Specialist / Health Officer (80%) starting May 1, 2026
Tasks:
- Responsibility for the health care department in the residential home such as management
of the house pharmacy, planning of medical and nursing measures,
professional contacts with doctors and therapists - Accompanying the residents in everyday life
- Promoting the residents to the greatest possible independence and
ability to participate in the community - Organizing leisure and weekend activities
- Administrative tasks
- Work as a contact person
Profile:
- Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
- Completed training as a FAGE or HF nursing specialist
- Ability to learn, handle conflicts, and work in a team
- Organizational skills and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience, and humor
