Product Compliance & Data Specialist (m/f/d) 60 – 80 %
Your mission:
As a Product Compliance & (Sustainability) Data Specialist, you ensure that the products offered by Lyreco comply with the relevant regulatory requirements as well as the expectations of our customers.
You coordinate product compliance topics for Switzerland in close cooperation with our international group, suppliers and internal departments. In doing so, you ensure transparent data, efficient processes and reliable information throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Your tasks:
- Monitoring and assessing relevant regulatory requirements in Switzerland and the EU
- Implementing group-wide specifications at the local level
- Coordinating product compliance topics with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring that required evidence, declarations and documentation are available and up to date
- Building and maintaining product compliance databases
- Ensuring high data quality and data availability
- Defining and further developing standards for data collection and documentation
- Supporting analyses, evaluations and reporting
- Obtaining and checking information, evidence and declarations of conformity
- Supporting supplier evaluations and due diligence processes
- Handling customer enquiries on product compliance and sustainability
- Preparing statements, evidence and declarations
- Documenting and continuously improving existing processes
- Participating in digitalisation and automation projects
- Supporting internal teams with regulatory issues
- Building and ensuring efficient knowledge management
Your qualities and achievements:
- Strong affinity for data, systems and structured processes
- Ability to prepare complex information in an understandable way
- Independent and precise working style
- Very good Excel skills
- Enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills, French skills an advantage
- Experience in product compliance, quality management or sustainability
- Experience in building and managing databases
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the product or sustainability environment
- Experience with ERP, PIM, BI or master data systems
