About the job
We are looking for a
Event Logistician 100% (m/f/d) - Zurich ZH
Your area of responsibility
- Planning and coordination of materials, personnel, schedules, and transport logistics
- Coordination with technical service providers (lighting, sound, electricity)
- Organization of permits, safety concepts, and escape routes
- Setup of infrastructure including stage, tents, furniture, and decoration
- Conducting safety and function tests as well as approval
- Inspection of incoming goods and briefing of suppliers on site
- Ensuring smooth event operations and coordination of emergency management
- Dismantling of infrastructure and environmentally friendly disposal of material residues
- Organization of packaging, loading, and return transport including return of rental materials
- Site inspection and handover of the event location
- Documentation and evaluation of all logistics processes
Your profile
- Training as a logistician EFZ, ideally with experience in event execution and organization
- High reliability, flexibility, and genuine enjoyment of working in a lively environment and team
- Motivated, pragmatic personality with a solution-oriented attitude
- Appreciative and cooperative demeanor towards craftsmen, partners, and suppliers
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
