JUNIOR SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST Role Description
The Junior Supply Chain Specialist provides operational support to demand planning activities, customer order management, and production planning. Integrated into a cross-functional team, he/she will acquire a complete vision of the key supply chain processes and contribute to the continuity of customer service and production efficiency. Main responsibilities
- Manage order entry in the ERP system and monitor the status of deliveries to customers.
- Provide customer assistance for requests on orders, product availability, delivery times, and returns.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and report any critical issues (stockouts, delays).
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Support production planning and material procurement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to monitor and ensure delivery times.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of supply chain processes and projects.
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Excel and interest in data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred - internal training provided.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Learning attitude and desire to grow in the Supply Chain field.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication skills, also in an international context.
