Our institution stands for professional care, high quality standards and a respectful, attentive community. Around 120 employees from various specialist areas work together with commitment and ensure holistic care. Your working model
- Workload freely selectable from 40% to 100%
- Half or full shifts possible
- Flexible deployment in the house or fixed in the team – according to your wishes
Your tasks
- Professional care and support of our residents
- Experience in long-term care
- Participation in the primary nursing system including work with relatives
- Co-responsibility for the care process and care quality
- Preparing, checking and administering medication
- Collaboration with doctors, therapists and interdisciplinary teams
What you bring
- Training as FaGe EFZ, FaBe with medical technology (or willingness to train) or qualified nurse HF/DN
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Ideally knowledge of the LOBOS care manager
- Independent, responsible way of working
- Team spirit, flexibility and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Openness to change and new ways
