Role:
Our partner is a growing, highly digital fiduciary company located in Zurich and Cham. For the dynamic team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual with a can-do attitude and development potential up to partner level. In this versatile key role, you will independently manage and advise your own portfolio of SMEs and start-ups, lead a clerk, train a trainee, and actively shape the strategic direction and digital process optimisations.

Responsibilities:
In your central mandate and leadership role, you are responsible for the independent management and advice of your client portfolio.
You lead and oversee annual financial statements, tax returns and payroll accounting for SMEs and young companies.
You provide comprehensive advice to start-ups and SMEs on all matters of administration, finance and accounting.
You take on the leadership of a clerk and support the training of a trainee.
You actively shape the strategic direction and process optimisation of the fiduciary industry of the future.
Qualifications:
Professionally relevant federal certificate of competence (fiduciary / finance and accounting), (technical) university degree or in training to become a certified fiduciary expert.
Proven professional experience as a mandate manager in the fiduciary industry with a digital mindset.
Committed personality with a can-do attitude, hands-on mentality and joy in leadership and development.
Confident German language skills spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
