About the job
What you can accomplish
- Independent planning and coordination of patient appointments as well as internal processes on the IMC ward
- Administrative support of the nursing team in daily operations and ensuring smooth ward operations
- Managing, coordinating, and maintaining patient records including reliable data entry and documentation
- Organizing patient transports, preparing documents, and participating in patient management
- Operating telephone and reception, providing non-medical information, and serving as a contact person for patients and relatives
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training (e.g., office assistant EBA) or equivalent qualification
- Ideally professional experience in a hospital environment, preferably in acute or IMC care
- Very good German skills (C2) as well as confident oral and written expression
- Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience with hospital or clinical information systems
- Organizational talent, discretion in handling sensitive data, teamwork skills, as well as independent and service-oriented working style
