For our location in Lindau, we are immediately seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Manager for Investors & Real Estate Products (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

Acquisition and support of investors and financing partners in Germany
Building and developing customer relationships with potential clients for the defined real estate products
Establishing and maintaining company-wide relationship management with banks, brokers, project developers, and asset managers
Managing transaction processes from initial contact to handover of projects or properties
Ensuring professional sales controlling and sales documentation in MS Dynamics for the area of investors & partnerships as well as individual projects and products

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies in real estate management, business, construction, law, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in acquisition, development, and management of real estate projects as well as in sales of complex products and services
Very good market knowledge in southern Germany, especially Bavaria and/or Baden-Württemberg, as well as an existing network is an advantage
High initiative, willingness to change, and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a solution- and goal-oriented working style
Strong communication and social skills as well as very good MS Office knowledge
