About the job
What is my role?
You take care of operational support processes and ensure everything runs smoothly
You order materials, replenish station stocks, and organise deliveries as well as returns
You receive goods, store them, and prepare everything that is needed
You are the contact person for parcels and returns
You conduct inventories and keep an overview of the central warehouse
You supply external departments with everything required - from food and materials to medicines and equipment
You collect deliveries from external locations
You lovingly take care of our vehicles - including maintenance, service, and cleaning
You carry out order trips for material procurement and transport
What do I need to be successful?
You have completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ/EBA or have several years of experience as a logistics specialist or warehouse worker
You hold a valid category B driving licence and feel confident driving transport vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
You enjoy working independently and think in processes
Service orientation and a friendly manner with people come naturally to you
You are familiar with ERP systems (SAP or similar systems)
You speak German or French fluently and have good knowledge of the other language
