We are looking for a committed leader to manage and develop a six-person team that provides services for our underwriting activities. What to expect Leading and developing the Underwriting Services team in the Credit, Surety & CLP sector Ensuring continuity and stability in service delivery and securing an excellent customer experience Optimising and further developing processes within your area of responsibility Participating in cross-departmental initiatives for product, system, and process development Actively maintaining dialogue with teams from related areas What you bring Several years of experience in operational leadership No professional experience in Credit, Surety & CLP or generally in the insurance environment required Initiative, reliability, and integrity combined with high social competence and assertiveness Strong leadership skills to develop your team in a changing environment Transformation strength to increase procedural efficiency and quality Fluent German skills as well as at least one other national language or English Studies or further training in business administration or process optimisation are advantageous but not mandatory What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
