Project Manager: Construction Project Management (a)

In this interesting and challenging position, you will independently manage construction projects for our various clients (banking, telecommunications, hospitality, property management, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, etc.), who utilize the diverse facility services of ISS.
In the construction project management of the Northern region, you will find a well-coordinated, professional, and mutually supportive team. Here, you can contribute your expertise in a modern workplace in the long term and develop both personally and professionally.
Your main tasks:
- Independent management of construction projects from planning through implementation to final billing
- Trustee tasks for the clients such as schedule, cost, and quality monitoring
- Needs assessment and client consultation including support during the change process
- Preparation of cost estimates and implementation requests
- Development of offers and project descriptions in collaboration with the respective clients
- Order and contract management, work and warranty acceptance, reporting, and project administration
- Maintenance and development of client relationships
Your profile:
- Completed training in a technical field
- Further education in the field of electrical engineering
- Experience in solid knowledge of photovoltaic technologies, components, planning, installation, and grid connection in a commercial environment is an advantage
- Experience in leading and managing construction projects
- Strong communication skills, service, and customer orientation
- German spoken and written, and preferably good oral English and French skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
