Responsibilities

What you will be involved in
- Program preparation and logistics, including administrative coordination
- On-site coordination and practical problem-solving
- Communication with participants, partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable with real operational responsibility
- Patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle repetitive administrative work calmly
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends when programs or events require it
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an asset
- Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss or EU passport required)
- Legally allowed to drive in Switzerland is an asset
