Maintenance Engineer - Photolithography 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are responsible for the maintenance, servicing and optimisation of our state-of-the-art photolithography systems. You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work, analyse faults and resolve them as quickly as possible. You work closely with production to ensure maximum system availability. In addition, you document all maintenance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Carrying out upgrades and modifications to the systems is also part of your duties.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training or degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in the maintenance of semiconductor or photolithography systems desirable

• Sound knowledge of mechanics, electronics and control technology

• Analytical thinking and systematic fault finding

• Willingness to work shifts and occasional on-call duty

• Good English skills, both spoken and written

• Teamwork skills and an independent working style
