Construction/Project Manager General Contracting 80-100%

We are looking for an experienced construction/project manager at the Sursee location who shares our ambitions and visions in the construction sector and plays a key role with clients, planners, authorities, contractors, and suppliers.

Your area of responsibility

• You take project responsibility for all SIA phases – from project start to warranty processing.
• Together with your project team, you coordinate agreements, optimize processes, and keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and execution.
• You independently and with foresight are responsible for safety, quality, deadlines, and budget.
• You demonstrate your skill in negotiations and collaboration with architects, clients, authorities, specialist planners, contractors, craftsmen, and suppliers.
• You lead planning and construction meetings confidently and goal-oriented.
• You prepare and conduct contractor tenders for work and deliveries – depending on the project size, together with a site manager.
• You lead and coordinate all contractors involved in the construction and ensure a smooth process.
• You reliably and precisely prepare measurements and contractor invoices.

Your profile

• You are a federally certified construction manager, technician TS, architect, civil engineer, or have an equivalent education.
• Several years of experience as a construction and/or project manager in Switzerland with GC/SC projects distinguish you.
• You are well familiar with Swiss standards and laws and apply them confidently.
• Experience in timber construction is a plus that you ideally bring with you.
• Digital project management, customer-oriented action, entrepreneurial thinking, and teamwork are part of your working style.
