We are an innovative nonprofit company at the interface of social integration services and
services for the public. On behalf of the Health, Social and Integration Directorate (GSI) of the
Canton of Bern, we are responsible for the strategic planning and provision of measures for the social and professional integration of long-term unemployed persons.
We are looking for a
Specialist for the Coaching and Education Area 50%
at the Burgdorf location from 01.10.2025 or by arrangement.
Your tasks are:
Accompanying program participants in the application process
Planning and conducting educational modules and workshops
Accompanying participants as a job coach in preparation for re-entry into the workforce
Assisting in the further development of educational modules
Responsibility for the administration of the assigned modules and courses
Collaboration with the integration specialists of the work areas
Participation in working groups
Your profile:
The person is your focus and you enjoy accompanying a wide variety of people.
You have a solid further education in adult education (at least SVEB1) and coaching.
You preferably already have work experience in labor market integration. You master German confidently and move effortlessly in Office 365. You are full of enthusiasm and a team player.
