About the job
The Personnel Department is the central point of contact for all personnel matters within the city administration, with around 650 employees (including apprentices and interns). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented individual as of 1 October 2026
Your tasks
- Independent support of employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle (entry to exit) in the assigned area
- Planning, coordination and support of recruitments from the job advertisement to the start of employment
- Competent advice and support for employees and managers on all HR topics
- Participation in the further development of HR processes as well as in cross-departmental projects
- Preparation of correspondence, resolutions, orders and work references
Your profile
- Commercial basic training or administrative apprenticeship
- Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
- Experience in personnel management, ideally in a public administration
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high quality standard
- High service orientation, discretion, punctuality and sense of responsibility
- Resilience, interconnected thinking and flexibility
- Strong communication skills, organisational talent and ability to work in a team
