Our mission: We secure your flight! As Technical Facility Management Specialist you will:
Your Tasks
- Ensuring smooth operation of building technology and infrastructure
- Maintenance, servicing, planning, and repair of HVAC systems
- Optimization of tools, processes, and energy management in collaboration with the occupational safety department
- Definition, review, and compliance with SLAs as well as quality assurance
- Access management (digital system) and coordination of ID processes for employees, suppliers, customers, and craftsmen
- Property and personal protection in compliance with legal regulations (EKAS, fire protection, fire department, etc.)
- Supervision and monitoring of external service providers
Your Profile
- Experience in technical facility management, building technology, and infrastructure services
- Knowledge of Swiss safety regulations (EKAS, fire protection, etc.)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Good English skills, German skills are an advantage
