Your tasks
- Independent and responsible care and support of clients at home according to their needs
- Co-design and support of care processes as well as active involvement in care planning
- Maintaining care documentation and performance recording according to the specified standards
- Co-responsibility for daily business together with a nursing professional
- Close exchange and cooperation with the KZU-Spitex care team as well as external care staff
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
- Service-oriented and appreciative working style with a focus on the needs of our clients
- Independent, responsible and goal-oriented personality
- Driving licence category B

About us
The KZU with its two in-house day nurseries operates two care centres in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers older, care-dependent people a home and, in addition to various specialised services, a wide range of outpatient services. KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
