About the Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you have the opportunity to repair a variety of standardized drive units and assemblies. Every day, you ensure the best possible and cost-efficient solution for technical problems. You demonstrate your expertise by applying the "First-Time-Right" approach and completing your tasks on time and in compliance with quality standards.
Work Model: On-site
Location: Motion Traction, Untersiggenthal
Your Main Tasks:
Repair and testing of devices, assemblies, and components
Compliance with requirements regarding quality, quantity, deadlines, and occupational safety
Collaboration with other departments to solve problems and contribute improvement suggestions
Updating important work documents and accompanying customer acceptance tests
Team Dynamics
You will be part of a dynamic, talented, and high-performing team where you can develop and work successfully.
Qualifications for the Role
Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electrical assembler, electronics technician, or comparable electrical engineering education
More than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field, ideally with further training in energy technology
Solid SAP and IT knowledge is an advantage
Sense of responsibility and strong social skills
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
