For our HQ based in Ecublens we are currently looking to hire one person for the role of:
MISSION: Coordinate the global operational execution of ITIL processes, including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. Ensure IT processes are properly reflected in the ISO9001 QMS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Incident Management
- Delivery Management: organizes and leads tickets review meetings based on the reports already available on the ITSM tool (EasyVista) to ensure SLA are met.
- Resolution: Coordinates the resolution of complex incidents involving different support groups worldwide. Laise with provider support team to ensure appropriate resolution. Identifies recurrent incidents based on incidents analysis and initiate problem Management.
- Performance and Quality: Monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Quality controls: ensuring incidents are logged, qualified correctly and documented enough
Problem Management
- Set-up a proper Problem Management process and organization to eradicate recurrent incidents
- Collaborate with the Release Manager to interface this process with the Release Management process
- Report on open and resolved problems
Change Management
- Prepares and animates the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) and make final decisions in case of conflicts
- Ensure proper communication is sent to users before any impacting change
- Ensure CMDB is updated after each implemented change
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field & ITIL certification
- At least 5 years of experience in Incident Management and/or Problem Management
- Experience in Change Management, with an ERP system and in Project Management.
- French and English.
- ITSM Tool: EasyVista, Jira; O365 and Microsoft tools; IT Infrastructure understanding
- Organizational skills, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly at all levels. Critical thinking and analysis capabilities. Open minded, curious, and willing to learn. Team spirit
