The needs of our clients are your priority. You are responsible for...

• developing new customer relationships and ensuring follow-up on existing ones
• advising and providing technical support to clients in the Romandy and Ticino regions
• active sales as well as carrying out actions in close collaboration with the external sales department
• market observation and corresponding reporting to the external service, as well as to the business manager
• the autonomous identification of parts and the complete processing of orders in SAP

As a professional in spare parts, with good communication skills, you have...

• a technical or commercial training in the heavy vehicle sector.
• Ideally, experience in the sale of automotive or utility vehicle parts.
• you have a team spirit and are customer satisfaction oriented
• a reliable, autonomous working method focused on objectives and solutions
• Languages: French, Italian, basic knowledge of German is an asset.
