What is my role?

We are continuously looking for production staff for a very popular company in Liechtenstein. These positions are highly sought after not only because of the very good pay but also due to the excellent employment conditions.

• Independent operation of production machines

• Processing orders including documentation

• Ongoing quality checks during the production process

• Active participation in the continuous improvement process of manufacturing workflows

• Support in the implementation of new manufacturing concepts

• Troubleshooting during interruptions

• Implementing and contributing to continuous process improvements

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience as a toolmaker / plant operator / polymechanic or similar

• Experienced in machine operation

• Knowledge in metalworking or forming technology is a great advantage

• High commitment and resilience

• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system required)

• Teamwork skills and willingness to take on responsibility

• Communication skills in German
