If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks:

• Incoming goods inspection including goods receipt booking in SAP (Fiori)
• Ongoing distribution of consumables on the wards including stock and delivery date monitoring
• Further development and optimization of the logistics area with a focus on efficient processes, supply security and cost-effectiveness as well as identifying improvement potentials and implementing them in cooperation with purchasing and other key areas
• You are the contact person for questions regarding material supply on wards and ensure flawless management of the Kanban system
• Participation in cross-departmental projects – especially in supply and logistics-related process optimization.

This is how you convince us:

• Completed basic logistics training e.g. Logistician EFZ including further training as logistics specialist with federal certificate
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in healthcare (OR supply logistics)
• Completed trainer course is an advantage
• Experience in project work as well as pronounced analytical thinking and implementation strength
• Very good IT user skills, especially MS Office (Excel); experience with SAP (MM, APM, Fiori) is an advantage
• Team player, orderly and conscientious personality with joy in shaping changes
