Your Tasks
As a team leader, you take responsibility for smooth night operations. Setting priorities comes easily to you and you organize your work so that the safety and quality of care for our residents is ensured. Monitoring and carrying out night care processes as well as preparing, checking, administering, and ordering medications are among your main tasks. Professional and conceptual thinking and acting are important to you, and you are open to innovations and tackle them with motivation. As a team leader, you are responsible for complete information flow.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good German skills
