One of the leading senior centers in Eastern Switzerland and with around 350 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. Always with the goal of enabling our residents the best possible quality of life.

• Holistic, individual, and professionally competent care and support of our residents
• Competent execution of nursing technical measures
• Active participation and implementation of the care process
• Electronic nursing documentation with easyDOK and participation in care needs assessment according to RAI-NH
• Planning and implementation of activities in the area of living environment and everyday design
• Better compatibility of family and work through flexible working hours according to your wishes (half workdays as well as monthly minimum workload possible)

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
  (for foreign qualifications, equivalent training recognized by the SRK)
• Ideally professional experience in Switzerland
• Great joy in dealing with experienced, care-dependent residents
• Good communication skills with confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Empathetic, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to integrate advantageously into changing teams

• Versatile, demanding, and meaningful activity within a professional, motivated, and committed team
