What to expect:- Conceptual and operational further development of the new Restaurant Ergolz
- Active host role as well as taking over the service management
- Personnel and organizational leadership of the Restaurant & Banquets team with 12 employees
- Responsibility for smooth processes within the team and with various stakeholders
- Development and analysis of business management key figures
- Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable position
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Passionate host personality with a sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
- Cooperative, motivating and solution-oriented leadership style
