Then as a trainee in corporate clients, you can gain a broad insight into the diverse world of SMEs and banking business within 18 months, and you have the opportunity to get to know the individual regions in depth at various locations within the BEKB economic area.

• You actively work in an experienced team and support the customer advisors in advising and accompanying larger commercial clients from various industries
• You analyze annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) as well as project documents for investment projects. This gives you a privileged insight into the fascinating world of SMEs
• You support the team in the preparation and follow-up and participate in client meetings
• You actively contribute to the preparation of loan applications and gain valuable insights into banking processes. You are also co-responsible for creating financing proposals and presentations
• You actively participate in project groups, and attending client events completes your training path

• You have a commercial basic education in the banking sector or a completed degree in economics or finance
• You show a strong interest in financial topics and possess a good basic understanding of economics
• You are a knowledge-hungry personality who enjoys complex tasks
• High willingness to learn, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking characterize you
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and proactive working style
