Your Role
- You are the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers, and employees
- You record and check time reports
- You keep an overview of our offer management
- You support our construction managers in administrative matters
- You operate the telephone switchboard and perform general secretarial tasks
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial training or a basic craft training with further education as a technical clerk. Career changers are also warmly welcome.
- You enjoy working with numbers, administrative tasks, and contact with people
- You like working in a team, are flexible and resilient, and tackle tasks independently
- You are confident in using MS Office, ideally with experience in Sorba
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
