Health Specialist EFZ with Option for Trainer Role

For our ward specialising in orthopaedics, traumatology and hand surgery, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and motivated Health Specialist EFZ, optionally with the additional role of trainer.

What to expect

• An open-minded team is looking forward to you. Our focus is on patient care, where you actively contribute
• Professional care and support of patients in close cooperation with qualified nursing staff
• Housekeeping, administrative and logistical tasks
• Co-responsibility for implementing the nursing service mandate
• Support in the supervision and promotion of our trainees (optional)

• Completed training and professional experience as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Enjoyment in actively passing on your expertise to our learners
• Trainer course already completed or willingness to acquire it
• You are resilient, responsible and eager to actively shape changes
