• Lead and coordinate the garden team professionally
• Maintain, care for and plant green spaces properly
• Carry out construction work on paths and seating areas
• Plan and supervise projects independently
• Prepare offers and actively support and acquire customers

• Qualification as a gardener EFZ in garden and landscape construction
• Several years of experience in garden and landscape construction
• Willingness to undertake further training and participate in relevant courses
• Organisational skills combined with resilience and multitasking ability
• Initial leadership experience and confident use of MS Office
