• You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials, and develop improvement measures
• You drive continuous development and innovations within your own area
• You actively shape various projects in and around the vehicle experts area and ensure the implementation of your own business needs
• You participate in various project and working groups as well as specialist meetings
• You work closely with other departments in the motor vehicle division, e.g. IT, development teams, claims processing, product management, offer & development, etc.

• Process Management Competence: Experience in developing, optimizing, and controlling work processes (preferably with expertise in the motor vehicle sector)
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze existing workflows, identify weaknesses, and develop efficient solutions.
• Digital Project Affinity: Experience in agile project implementation (competence to independently plan projects, describe requirements, coordinate, and implement them)
• A completed higher education (HFV or equivalent) is desirable.
• You are a team player, have a structured and solution-oriented working style, show great initiative, and are used to working independently.
• High customer affinity and understanding as well as excellent stakeholder management at senior level
• You enjoy communication and have confident German and English skills (spoken and written), additional foreign language skills (primarily French) are an advantage.
