Due to a surprisingly changed personnel situation, we are looking for you or a team for one of our four kindergartens. Are you the committed class teacher(s) who want to combine educational leadership, team responsibility and cooperative work?
In Orpund, 290 children are taught in 11 primary and 4 kindergarten classes by a team of around 60 teachers. The school building is located in a preferred green area near the forest. We are a suburban community of Biel, easily and quickly accessible by bus.

Tasks
At Primary School Orpund, we understand the class teacher as a cooperatively participative team leader of a multiprofessional class team. This means:
• You lead the class pedagogically clearly, appreciatively and bindingly.
• You coordinate and moderate the multiprofessional environment (special education, specialist teachers, school social work, parents, care, etc.)
• You promote a cooperative, transparent teaching, learning and team culture in which responsibility is shared and all involved are strengthened
• You are exemplary in presence and self-leadership, fostering relationship building and trust
• Your role as a teacher includes providing orientation, creating security and at the same time strengthening the autonomy of the children
Your tasks and area of responsibility
• Educational leadership and responsibility for the kindergarten class
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of innovative, differentiated teaching
• Collaboration in the multiprofessional class team
• Collaboration in the kindergarten stage team
• Co-design of projects and school development processes
Requirements
• Teaching diploma for kindergarten/primary level or in training for it - or many years of work experience in kindergarten of the public school
• Relationship-oriented attitude, humour and passion for working with children, parents and in the team
• Cooperative leadership competence and the ability to convey orientation, clarity and warmth
• Joy in innovative learning forms, project-oriented work and school development topics
• Openness to reflection, supervision and continuous further development
