What awaits you Processing payment cases, including checking and reconciling incoming documents related to outstanding payments Profound knowledge of Syrius in the area of payment transaction processes Telephone and written contact with customers and internal interfaces regarding payment questions, payment agreements, service suspensions, including individual solution finding Monitoring payment deadlines and initiating dunning procedures in case of continued non-payment Handling payments in the context of debt collection cases Supporting ongoing improvement measures in the debt collection area, e.g. automation, process optimisation, and efficiency enhancement What you bring Independent, precise, and customer-oriented working style with enjoyment of customer contact as well as team spirit and resilience in hectic situations Motivation, drive, and sense of responsibility in an agile team, combined with reliability, openness, and a positive attitude Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification Profound knowledge of Syrius in the area of payment transaction processes Excellent oral and written German skills, good knowledge of French, English, or Italian is an advantage What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
