Medical Secretary 80% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Administrative support of the department management
- Daily business tasks (appointment coordination, documentation management, etc.)
- Patient management (reception, communication, etc.)
- Ensuring good communication with internal and external cooperation partners
- Support with controlling tasks
- Blood sampling, support with lumbar punctures, patient monitoring
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA)
- Experience with practice management and/or secretarial management is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as basic knowledge of English
- Forward-thinking, goal-oriented and patient-focused actions
- Organised, structured and efficient working style
- Enjoyment in working with patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders
