Construction Manager or Junior Construction Manager in Shopfitting, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Depending on experience, work as a construction manager or junior construction manager and accordingly take on more demanding tasks
• You coordinate and supervise exciting projects in shopfitting
• You accompany the work on site and ensure quality, deadlines, and costs
• You also coordinate craftsmen, suppliers, and other project participants
• Furthermore, you check the completed work and ensure a smooth project process
• As a junior construction manager, you will be carefully introduced to responsibility and supported by experienced colleagues
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a basic education as an architectural draughtsperson / building draughtsperson, bricklayer, carpenter, or a comparable qualification in the main construction trade (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in construction management or wish to develop in this direction
• You enjoy working in a team and maintain a respectful and appreciative interaction with your colleagues
• In addition, you bring a natural assertiveness and understand how to lead construction sites fairly, solution-oriented, and on equal terms
• Do you consider yourself a well-organised, responsible, and practical professional?
