Merchandising Assistant (m/f) (working 80%)
The position concerns the area: Fribourg / Bern
Role and tasks:
- Support all Key Account branches in the defined area according to fixed weekly plans
- Implement layouts and layout changes at the POS
- Work through defined checklists per Key Account at each visit and send reports to HQ / The reports are sent via email
- Check deliveries at the POS
- Process end consumer orders
- Monitor backlog lists
- Carry out permanent stock control in KA branches (parameter controls in the customers' system)
- Ensure reporting to KA Sales Assistant Manager and HQ
- Continuous market observation (trade, competition) and corresponding feedback
- Assist with inventory at consignment customers
- Set up and dismantle salesware at consignment customers (including return of goods)
- Short training sessions on current Key Concept series at the POS and assistance with reorder deliveries
- Monitor the number of pins per module and report accordingly to HQ
- Report quality defects
Your ideal profile:
- Relevant practical experience in retail sales / merchandising
- Very good German skills in spoken and written as well as good French skills
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, cooperative working style as well as excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Driver's license required
