The Pastoral Area Region Sursee LU (www.pastoralraumregionsursee.ch) includes around 16,000 Catholics from five parishes. Together with many volunteers, we are committed to a lively and inspiring community and jointly face the challenges of the times and the associated adjustments.We are looking for a Head of Administration 80 - 100% to strengthen our management team for the sustainable development of structure, collaboration, and organizational culture, starting immediately or by arrangement. Together with the Pastoral Area Leader, you will be jointly responsible for:
- The organization and further development of the Pastoral Area based on an ongoing process
- Promoting a target group-oriented understanding of professional tasks among employees
- Contact person for the board of the church community association of the Region Sursee as well as for the church councils in the
Your further tasks
- Responsibility for economically efficient and innovative forms of management
- Responsibility for the strategic leadership of the professional leaders in supporting areas
- Personnel responsibility for employees in supporting areas
- Responsibility for specific future topics, such as sustainability, volunteer management You bring with you
- Completed studies in NPO management or equivalent training
- Curiosity for new forms of collaboration and innovative ways of organizational design
- Good knowledge of the church structures of the Roman Catholic Church, or openness to get to know them, as well as
- Competence and experience in leadership as well as joy in leading
- Express desire to live a shared leadership model as a team of three (with the Pastoral Area Leader and the Lead Priest)
