Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the payroll team (3 employees)
- Main responsibility for the preparation, calculation and payment of salaries for the MÜLLER-STEINAG group including changes (salary data, allowances, deductions) in Abacus
- Responsible for professional coordination with interfaces such as time recording, HR support, pension fund administration and financial accounting
- Responsible for all tasks related to social insurance
- Contact person for employees and managers
- Planning and analysing salary data for budget, salary rounds and preparation of salary certificates
- Creating personnel and salary data statistics for internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for time management system
- Ensuring the internal control system (ICS) in payroll and time management
- Leading projects in the payroll and time management department as well as active participation in cross-HR projects
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification in HR, finance or administration
- Further training in HR, payroll or social insurance
- Several years of experience in payroll and time management
- Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance law
- Initial leadership experience
- Confident handling of HR systems (Abacus, TimePro)
- You work precisely, reliably and service-oriented, handle sensitive data discreetly and communicate clearly and openly
- You are independent, resilient and like to take responsibility
