- Independent implementation of customer projects in metal construction from planning to completion
- Manufacture and assembly of high-quality metal construction work
- Support and assistance of apprentices in everyday work
- Knowledge transfer and practical guidance of trainees
Requirements
- Completed training as a metalworker EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in metal construction
- Careful and reliable working method with forward-thinking
- Teamwork skills and ability to deal with different personalities
- Enjoyment in accompanying and promoting young people, even in challenging situations
