Our Development division looks after the heart of Finnova, our core banking software. This includes the "Core & Regulations" department, which on the one hand ensures the management, consistency, currency and uniqueness of master data. On the other hand, this department ensures secure, reliable and high-performance order processing. Both are essential with regard to the Core Suite, as it is data-centred and has high demands on standardisation, automation, efficiency and especially processing speed. Our agile team "Customer/Account Master Data and Contracts" is looking for committed and clever minds to further develop the Finnova Core Suite in order to best support our community in the financial sector. You are passionate about...
- developing business analyses for our software components in the area of customer/account master data and contracts
- bringing together required customer requirements from regular customer workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- defining MVPs (Minimum Viable Product), creating and approving user stories in collaboration with the development team
- co-designing and qualitatively ensuring significant product increments
- being co-responsible for agile software development in a self-organised, interdisciplinary and customer-oriented Scrum team
You impress us...
- with a completed higher education in business, computer science or corresponding several years of professional experience and further training (e.g. IREB)
- with banking business know-how, ideally in the area of customer/account master data and contracts
- with your several years of experience in requirements engineering as well as with modelling languages (e.g. UML or BPMN)
- with the ability to abstract complex processes, recognise cross-departmental contexts and communicate ideas clearly and appropriately for the target group
- with your first experience in dealing with AI tools as well as the competence to use artificial intelligence profitably and efficiently in everyday work
- as a smart problem solver who is not afraid to explore new paths
- with very good German as well as good to very good English skills, French skills are an advantage
