For our client, a very dynamic, innovative and successful fiduciary company with an excellent top network regionally and internationally, we are looking for a mandate manager fiduciary (female or male), at expert level (certified fiduciary expert, possibly certified auditor, certified tax expert) with fiduciary practice, as future managing director and future equity partner, who enjoys further developing and expanding the company and fully supports it. The clients are national and international SMEs, medium-sized companies, subsidiaries of groups, groups and crypto and fintech companies. Your goal is to develop towards partnership. Zug Canton (Central Switzerland region) Legal/Economic consulting by arrangement - Acting as responsible mandate manager for an interesting and comprehensive client portfolio in the areas of: _Client accounting for companies from SMEs to larger enterprises - Client accounting for crypto and fintech companies - willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies should be present. - Final advice and structuring - Tax advice for legal entities, tax planning and tax optimisation - Contacts with tax authorities, tax negotiations, handling tax appeals - VAT advice - Payroll mandates and personnel administration - Advice on social security issues - Contacts and negotiations with social security institutions - Participation in special projects such as company valuations, due diligence, restructurings, reorganisations, company and capital changes - Business management consulting - Company formations, relocations, setting up accounting - Succession solutions - Contacts and negotiations with banks and other external institutions - Leading a small team that supports you in your daily tasks - Taking over management in a few years. - You are a certified fiduciary expert, expert in accounting and controlling, certified auditor or certified tax expert and have corresponding fiduciary practice - Your mother tongue is German and you have fluent English skills - You quickly familiarise yourself with new technologies, are willing to learn and are IT-savvy.
