What you will do here
- Support the programme management of the Bachelor Visual Communication and lecturers in administrative and organisational tasks
- Act as a contact person for students and ensure the interface to administration
- Participate in admission procedures, annual reviews and final theses
- Position the programme in public relations (both analogue and digital)
- Organise events, workshops and study trips
What you ideally bring with you
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication and initial professional experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Enjoy working independently within a larger team as well as collaborating with different stakeholders
- A flair for language and interest in editorial tasks
- Willingness and ability to quickly familiarise yourself with various software tools in both administrative and creative areas
