With yousty.ch, we support young people in finding their desired apprenticeship and accompany training companies from all over Switzerland in successfully recruiting apprentices. For this, we continuously develop our digital services and work closely with our customers.
For our team, we are looking for an experienced Customer Success personality who takes responsibility, advises customers on an equal footing, and actively contributes to the further development of our services.
Your tasks:
- Strategic consulting and support of our B2B customers (training companies) in apprentice recruitment
- End-to-end responsibility for your customers – from onboarding to long-term cooperation
- Independent conduct of consultations, customer meetings, and workshops
- Management and support of video or marketing projects in collaboration with internal teams
- Active identification of customer needs and contribution of improvement and optimization suggestions
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable consulting B2B role
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- High consulting and communication skills as well as a pronounced service mindset
